AETHON AI provides an AI-powered algorithmic trading platform that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API. The Service offers automated trading strategies, portfolio monitoring, and performance analytics. AETHON AI does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities, tax, and anti-money laundering laws.

You grant AETHON AI limited permission to execute trades on your behalf via exchange API keys. You must configure API keys with trade and read permissions only — withdrawal permissions must be disabled. AETHON AI is not responsible for losses resulting from improperly configured API keys.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any trading strategy, including those offered by AETHON AI, does not guarantee future results. You should:
AETHON AI may charge fees for premium features, performance-based fees, or subscription plans. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Exchange transaction fees, network fees, and withdrawal fees are set by third-party exchanges and are your responsibility.
All content, algorithms, strategies, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by AETHON AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AETHON AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. AETHON AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform. Upon termination, your API connections will be immediately revoked.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AETHON AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
